Uzbekistan’s investment potential was presented in Chinese city of Guangzhou

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan, together with the Chinese association “NOVA International Belt and Road Platform”, held a business forum in Guangzhou on the topic of “Investment Opportunities of Uzbekistan”, the correspondent of “Dunyo2 news agency reports.

Representatives of about 50 local companies took part in it.

The participants of the event were told about the favorable and safe business environment created in our country for foreign companies, the system of benefits and preferences, driver industries of the regions and promising projects.

Following the event, an agreement was reached to organize a business mission to the Andijan region in August of this year. It is expected that the delegation will include representatives of companies operating in the production of building materials, sports equipment, furniture industry and agriculture.

In addition, within the framework of the forum, issues of organizing visits of member companies of this association to Uzbekistan, as well as their further participation in international forums, exhibitions and fairs held in our country were discussed with the head of the “NOVA International Belt and Road Platform” Yu Ting.
