The Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade took part in a round table with leading US companies via videoconference

On August 21 this year, the Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov took part in a round table with leading US companies via videoconference, organized in cooperation with the Business Council for International Understanding (BCIU) and the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Washington. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry.

The meeting discussed issues of further expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation, including prospects for implementing joint investment projects in the areas of food and pharmaceutical production, transport and logistics, IT technologies, as well as new opportunities to increase bilateral trade turnover between the two countries.

Following the round table, Laziz Kudratov called on representatives of American companies to visit Uzbekistan for a more detailed study of the discussed initiatives.
