From April 7 to 12, 2025, with the support of the GIZ project, the German Gesamtmasche Association, and the Uztekstilprom Association, the Ministry organized a business mission to Germany. The delegation comprised over 15 leading Uzbek textile manufacturers who had undergone specialized training as part of the “Support for the Effective Use of GSP+ in Uzbekistan” project.

During the visit, Uzbek exporters held B2B meetings with several major German companies, including Takko, Weitblick, Ceceba, Lerros, Greiff, Carl Gross, among others. The meetings featured presentations on the capabilities of Uzbek enterprises, discussions on delivery terms, certification requirements, logistics, and potential opportunities for localized production.
