Uzbek products were presented in Chinese city Foshan

Uzbek products are presented at the ‘‘Foshan Food Industry-2025’’ exhibition in Chinese city Foshan, the correspondent  of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.

A special stand features more than 10 types of export-oriented goods, including agricultural products grown and processed in Uzbekistan, legumes, and handicrafts. The attention of the exhibition participants was also attracted by information materials about the tourism potential of our country, videos about the capabilities of its economic sectors.

The Uzbek stand was visited by officials from Foshan, heads of the Department of Agriculture of Guangdong Province, and representatives of more than 400 Chinese companies.

A business forum on the topic of “Investment Opportunities of the Regions of Uzbekistan” was held as part of the exhibition, with the participation of representatives of more than 60 companies from Guangdong Province. Investment opportunities of the leading industries of our country and promising investment projects were presented there.

Following the forum, an agreement was reached on a visit to the Bukhara region in August of this year by a delegation of a group of Chinese companies working in the furniture, leather, construction materials and agriculture industries.
