Malaysia is interested in increasing the volume of mutual trade with Uzbekistan

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Karomiddin Gadoev met with the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia Zafrul Abdul Aziz, the correspondent of «Dunyo» news agency reports.

During the meeting, issues of further development of bilateral trade and economic relations were discussed. It was emphasized that the Malaysian government pays special attention to Uzbekistan, whose market and economy are developing rapidly.

Malaysia’s interest in developing close trade and economic cooperation with Uzbekistan and increasing the volume of mutual trade between the two parties was noted.

In order to bring trade, economic and investment cooperation to a new level, an agreement was reached on the implementation of projects with the participation of representatives of large companies of both sides and the widespread use of existing potential to increase the volume of mutual trade.
