The Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade held negotiations with Qatari government officials and executives of key state institutions

During a working visit to Doha, Laziz Kudratov, Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held negotiations with Qatari government officials and executives of key state institutions, the press service of the MIIT reports. These included Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed, Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, and Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, Minister of Municipality.

Productive meetings were also conducted with the heads of the country’s leading investment and industrial agencies: Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Faisal Al Thani (Free Zones Authority), Fahad Al-Sulaiti (Qatar Fund for Development), Mohammed Saif Al-Sowaidi (Qatar Investment Authority), Abdulrahman bin Hesham Al-Sowaidi (Qatar Development Bank), and Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Jabor Al Thani (Qatar Industrial Manufacturing Company).

Negotiations with major Qatari enterprises resulted in agreements to launch projects across transport infrastructure, education, logistics, chemicals, energy, agriculture, and tourism. Dedicated executives were appointed to develop specific roadmaps and oversee the timely execution of these initiatives.
