President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the Decree “On measures to further improve the business environment and improve the system of supporting entrepreneurship in the country”
In accordance with the Decree, from February 1, 2020:
permissive documents and certificates required for export-import operations shall be executed through the Single Window customs information system;
an opportunity is created for legal entities to send claims and their annexes to the economic court and defendants in electronic form through a personal taxpayer account.
From October 1, 2020, connection to electric networks of electrical equipment with capacity up to 140 kilowatts will be carried out at the expense of the Regional Electric Networks JSC at the request of the business entity.
From January 1, 2020, the following requirements are also repealed:
verification of debts for public facilities with notarization at the request of one of the parties to contracts for the sale of real estate between legal entities;
submission directly in paper form to the state tax service bodies by taxpayers of applications after the state registration of rights to real estate, as well as by bodies carrying out state registration of rights to real estate, – information about the land plot and other real estate and its owners;
collection of payments from legal entities for issuing permits and certificates required for exporting fruits and vegetables as well as textile production.
