The activities of the International Center for Digital Technologies “Enterprise Uzbekistan” will be organized

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Organization of the Activities of the International Center for Digital Technologies” (No. UP-233 dated November 26, 2025) was adopted, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.

Specifically, the Decree defines the following main objectives:

• to widely attract investment in the IT sector, as well as to create a competitive and internationally attractive ecosystem;
• to stimulate the activities of leading local companies in the field of digital solutions and innovation, and to train qualified personnel.

The International Center for Digital Technologies “Enterprise Uzbekistan” (hereinafter referred to as the Center) has been established.

In accordance with the Decree, the following activities are permitted within the Center, in particular:

• software development, consulting services, and outstaffing services in the field of digital technologies;
• to provide remote outsourced services using digital technologies, including business process outsourcing (BPO);
• Video game creation (GameDev), digital content development for them, including graphic design, video and audio content creation and editing;
• creation and development of artificial intelligence technologies.

The Center is recognized as a separate territory with a special legal regime based on the norms and principles of the common law of England and Wales or the standards of leading international financial centers.
