Delegation of investment bank “Citigroup Inc.” visited the Central Bank

The Central Bank hosted a meeting of the leadership with the delegation of the investment bank “Citigroup Inc.”, headed by Managing Director David Livingston, the press service of the Central Bank reports.

During the meeting, members of the delegation were provided with detailed information on ongoing reforms in the field of monetary policy and the banking sector of Uzbekistan.

It was noted that active measures are being taken to further improve monetary policy, ensure the stability of the national currency, reform and ensure the stability of the banking system, and work has also been carried out to stabilize the macroeconomic situation in the country.
