A delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan took part in the Global Industrial Summit – the 21st Session of the UNIDO General Conference

From 22 to 24 November 2025, a delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan led by Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Shokhrukh Gulamov took part in the Global Industrial Summit – the 21st Session of the UNIDO General Conference held in Riyadh, the press service of the MIIT reports.

During the visit, the Uzbek delegation held a series of bilateral meetings with UNIDO Deputy Director General Ciyong Zou, ACWA Power Chairman Muhammad Abu Nayyan, the leadership of Albawani, representatives of the Riyadh Second Health Cluster and King Fahad Medical City, as well as the President of Lamar Holding.

Discussions focused on expanding cooperation in the fields of energy, infrastructure, healthcare, and the establishment of joint industrial enterprises. Following the meetings, the parties reached agreements to advance joint projects and to carry out their detailed development at the level of the relevant ministries and companies of both countries.
