Investment opportunities in Uzbekistan was presented to Luxembourg business community

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Brussels, with the assistance of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, held a country presentation dedicated to the economic and investment potential of our country, the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.

Approximately 50 representatives of Luxembourg’s business community participated in the event. Cindy Tereba, Director of International Affairs at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, opened the event. Thomas Reisen, Luxembourg’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan, also spoke as part of the program.

Participants were provided with detailed information on the existing investment climate in the country and the measures taken by the government to further improve and liberalize it. Prospects for cooperation in fintech, digital government, logistics, and the joint implementation of infrastructure and green projects in Uzbekistan were outlined.

At the forum, the heads of Luxembourg companies JNSLABS, G-Core Labs, and Sonneg shared their successful experiences operating in Uzbekistan following the onset of large-scale economic reforms and liberalization processes.

Following the event, the organization of a Luxembourg trade mission to Uzbekistan in the second half of 2026 was officially announced.
