The leaders of Uzbekistan and Russia discussed topical issues of trade and economic cooperation

Priority measures aimed at ensuring the dynamics of trade and the implementation of joint cooperation projects were discussed during a telephone conversation between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, held on April 11. This was reported by the press service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of effective use of the site of the Innoprom International Industrial Exhibition, which will be held at the end of April this year in the city of Tashkent, to promote practical interaction at the level of business and regions of the two countries.

The fruitful cooperation within the framework of the cultural and humanitarian exchange program was noted with satisfaction.

The heads of Uzbekistan and Russia also considered the schedule of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events.
