Oniks Tashkent glass and lighting plant put up for sale

A complex of buildings and structures of the Oniks Tashkent plant was put up for online auction, Spot reports, based on data from the E-auksion website.

The enterprise for the production of glass and lighting products is located in the Almazar district of the capital, on Usta Shirin Street near Jami Square. It occupies a plot of 2.33 hectares, of which 1.45 hectares are built up.

The total area of administrative and industrial premises of the plant is 17.3 thousand square meters. m. There are all communications – electricity, gas, water supply, sewerage.

The starting price of the lot is 215.35 billion soums. The auction starts on September 4 at 10:00, the application can be submitted no later than an hour before the start.

This is one of the most expensive lots listed on the site. The plant is sold together with equipment and other property in accordance with the decision of the meeting of creditors.
