Preparations for the privatization of the “Neftegazmontazh” company begin

The State Assets Management Agency has announced a competition to select professional consultants for the privatization of Neftegazmontazh, Spot reports.

The state intends to put up for sale 100% of the company’s authorized capital. It is expected that the consultant will study the construction and installation market, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the asset, give recommendations on the transaction and increase the attractiveness for investors.

Applications are accepted by phone (+998) 71−259−20−67 or by email almost tender@davaktiv.uz. The deadline for submission is May 27, 18:00 Tashkent time.

Both individual companies and associations can participate in the competition, provided that the chief consultant is designated. Detailed information can be found on the UzSAMA website.

• LLC “Neftegazmontazh” (Neftgazmontaj) was established in 2004. The company performs construction work at distribution engineering structures, primarily in the oil and gas industry.
• The authorized capital of the company is $4.27 million. The founders included Uzbekneftegaz, Uztransgaz, Tashneftegazstroy, Bukharagazpromstroy, Yuggazstroy, and Mubarekneftegazmontazh.
• The company has over 650 vehicles, construction, earthmoving, drilling, lifting equipment and other equipment. Suppliers include Volvo, Caterpillar, Liebherr, Renault, Komatsu.

The sale of the company is provided for by the privatization program approved by the President in March.
