The German company is ready to invest in the introduction of the latest technologies in the construction industry of Uzbekistan

Representatives of the Consulate General of our country in Frankfurt am Main held negotiations with the management of the German construction company CBS HOME, the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.

During the meeting, issues of establishing investment cooperation were discussed. The information was provided to the German side about the economic, investment and tourism potential of Uzbekistan, the favorable conditions created in the country for doing business and the system for protecting the rights and interests of investors.

It was noted that the development of “green” industry and modernization of production structures of Uzbekistan is the most important direction of socio-economic reforms.

Diplomats toured the CBS HOME production facility, as well as the construction site where the company’s products are used.

Practical aspects of the implementation of mutually beneficial investment projects and breakthrough initiatives in the field of production of building materials, construction of housing and communal services and service centers in Uzbekistan were discussed.

Mutual interest was expressed in expanding investment, trade and industrial cooperation for the development of the construction industry and architecture in Uzbekistan.

The German side announced its readiness to invest more than 15 million euros in the construction sector of Uzbekistan, as well as to promote the introduction of the latest technologies to increase production capacity and quality of structures.

As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to continue working contacts and substantive negotiations based on the results of preparing a commercial proposal.
