Negotiations were held between Uzbek textile manufacturers Parisa Home, Ideal, and Asakatekstil and major wholesale buyers from Germany, the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.
The meeting was organized to expand trade and economic cooperation, increase the volume of Uzbek exports to the German market, and establish direct business contacts between representatives of the two countries’ businesses.
During the negotiations, the Uzbek side presented export-oriented products, including a wide range of knitwear, ready-made garments, and other light industry goods that meet international quality standards and environmental requirements. The German partners were provided with information on the production capacities of Uzbek enterprises, their product range, export potential, and logistics capabilities.
Representatives of German wholesale companies, in turn, expressed interest in developing cooperation with Uzbek manufacturers, noting the competitiveness of their products, their compliance with European market requirements, and the prospects for establishing long-term partnerships. Pricing, delivery terms, and possible formats for cooperation were discussed during the meeting.
Following the talks, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in continuing the dialogue, developing specific commercial proposals, and organizing subsequent business events, including the participation of Uzbek companies in international industry exhibitions and business forums in Germany.
