Representatives of the Iranian company are ready to implement joint projects in Uzbekistan

On May 21-25, an Iranian delegation led by the chairman of the board of the Iranian company ‘‘Chemisan Chemical Co’’, Muhammad Hossein Arab, visited Uzbekistan, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.

The visit was organized with the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Iran.

Chemisan Chemical Co., founded in 2011, is a leader in the production of polyurethane products in Iran. The company produces 40 thousand tons of polyurethane and other types of polymers per year and supplies 60% of the raw materials needed for the Iranian footwear industry. The company widely exports polyurethane products – shoe soles, polyurethane shoe adhesives to the countries of the Near and Middle East.

During the trip, members of the Iranian delegation visited the 16th International Exhibition of Leather, Shoes and Fur “UzCharmExo-2024” taking place in Tashkent, and also met with the Chairman of the Uzcharmsanoat Association Farhod Nurmukhamedov. At the negotiations, Iranian businessmen expressed their readiness to implement a project in Uzbekistan for the production of various products from polyurethane and polymer raw materials. The prospects for further expansion of cooperation in this direction were also discussed.

Representatives of the Iranian company got acquainted with the activities of the Bene Best shoe production enterprise in Tashkent, met with the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Uzkimyosanoat JSC.
