Representatives of small businesses in South Korea are interested in expanding cooperation with Uzbek partners

Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan took part in the Cooperation Conference organized by the Korean Federation of Small Businesses, the correspondent ‘Dunyo’ news agency reports.

The conference was held to support small business owners in developing their businesses in the future. About 400 guests took part in the events at the conference, including representatives of the Korean Federation of Small Business – heads of 41 branches and members of 17 branches of the federation.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Korean Federation of Small Businesses, Kim Yong-heun, the Chairman of the Small Business Market Development Corporation, Park Seong-hyo, as well as other honored guests from the agencies and departments of the Gyeonggi-do Provincial Administration for the development of small businesses, who congratulated the conference participants and expressed their gratitude to them. words of support in their activities.

During the conference, business briefings, discussions and round tables were held on various topics of establishing and developing a business with the participation of specialists from the Corporation for the Development of Markets for Small Businesses, as well as lectures on various areas, such as familiarization with the ‘Special Law on Urban Small Businesses’ business.

There are more than 1.5 million small business owners in cities, accounting for 88.8% of South Korea’s manufacturing industry, and small businesses in cities are beginning to actively network to grow their business and turnover.

During the event, information was presented on the work being carried out in Uzbekistan to develop small and private businesses, as well as the preferences and conditions provided for attracting and establishing high-tech modern production. Separate conversations were also held with representatives of South Korean business circles to discuss the prospects for establishing cooperation with Uzbek partners in the field of organizing production activities in Uzbekistan.

As a result of the event, an agreement was reached to organize a meeting with the leadership of the Korean Federation of Small Businesses for a detailed discussion of further steps of interaction in organizing business and investment forums in the near future with the participation of representatives of small businesses from both sides.
