The President of Uzbekistan discussed investment partnership priorities with Blackrock

As part of his working visit to Davos, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Adebayo Ogunlesi, member of the Board of Directors and Senior Managing Director of Blackrock, the press service of the head of our state reports.

The meeting discussed key areas of investment cooperation with this leading company and the implementation of previously reached agreements.

An exchange of views took place on the prospects for Blackrock’s participation in priority projects in the country.

The company’s initiatives to acquire equity stakes in a number of Uzbek enterprises, develop joint investment mechanisms, and attract international expertise to improve the country’s investment climate were supported.
