President of Uzbekistan received Minister of Finance of China

As part of the events of the annual meeting of the AIIB Board of Governors, held in the city of Samarkand, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Minister of Finance of the People’s Republic of China Lan Fo’an, the press service of the head of our state reports.

The Minister of Finance of China conveyed to the head of our state warm greetings and best wishes of the Chairman of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping.

The issues of further deepening the Uzbek-Chinese relations of all-weather strategic partnership and expanding multifaceted cooperation in the context of agreements at the highest level were discussed.

Special attention was paid to strengthening the partnership with leading banking and financial institutions of China, supporting and promoting priority investment projects.
