Another meeting on the sidelines of the Tashkent Forum – with the delegation of the United Arab Emirates. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of this country, Suheil al-Mazrui. Issues of promoting the projects of the Uzbek-Emirati multifaceted cooperation were considered.

At the beginning of the talks, Minister Al-Mazrui conveyed the sincere greetings of President Sheikh Muhammad Al Nahyan and Vice President, Prime Minister of the country, Emir of Dubai Sheikh Muhammad Al Maktoum to the head of our state.

The current high dynamics in the development of bilateral relations was noted with deep satisfaction.

Over the past few years, trade has doubled, 50 new enterprises have been created, and the portfolio of investment projects has exceeded $3 billion. The Joint Investment Company is successfully operating.

In order to prepare the upcoming high-level meetings and fill their agenda with specific content, the leader of Uzbekistan advocated the promotion of promising projects in the field of the green economy, energy, transport and logistics, agriculture, infrastructure and other priority areas.
