The draft State Program for the Implementation of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy has been submitted for public discussion

According to the report of the press service of the MIIT, the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Program for the Implementation of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy and Reform Programs in Priority Areas in the Year of Mahalla Development and Improving Social Welfare” has been posted for public discussion on the websites www.uzbekistan2030.uz and regulation.gov.uz.

A draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the State Program for the Implementation of the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy” has been prepared.

The draft has been posted on the websites www.uzbekistan2030.uz and regulation.gov.uz for wide public discussion.

The reform programs for 2026 include important changes in the following areas:

  • mahalla development and improving social welfare;
  • transition of the economy to a technological growth model;
  • formation of a new labor market architecture;
  • environmental protection and rational use of water resources;
  • improving public administration and the judicial and legal systems.

The reform programs have been prepared in a convenient and concise format for public dissemination. They outline the initiatives put forward by the Head of State, with a clear mechanism for their practical implementation and specific results planned for the year’s end.

The State Program for the Implementation of the “Uzbekistan 2030” Strategy outlines practical measures aimed at achieving the Strategy’s targets by 2026, as well as a list of draft regulatory and legislative documents outlining strategic reforms for each sector.

The draft Decree will undergo broad public and expert discussion until February 1, 2026.
