Cooperation between the Syrdarya region and the Chinese province of Shaanxi is expanding

The delegation of Uzbekistan, headed by the acting khokim of the Syrdarya region Akmaljon Mahmudaliyev, took part in the Shaanxi-Syrdarya trade and economic cooperation business forum, which was held in the city of Yangling (Shaanxi Province, China), the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.

The forum provided information on the modern development of Uzbekistan, comprehensive reforms carried out in all areas in our country, favorable conditions for doing business, guarantees, privileges and preferences created for foreign investors in the Syrdarya region.

G2B meetings were also organized and mutually beneficial proposals were considered. It was noted that the parties are equally interested in expanding practical relations in trade, economic, investment, innovation, agriculture, IT and other areas. Issues of new opportunities, enrichment of partnerships with promising initiatives and projects were discussed in detail.

As the result of the forum, an agreement was signed between the Yangling International Cooperation Company in the field of modern agriculture and the Peng Sheng Industrial Park in the Syrdarya region on attracting investments for the production of meat and agricultural products, as well as between Gulistan State University and Yangling University of Professional Technologies, an agreement was reached on trilateral cooperation between the Syrdarya region, the Chinese company “Wenzhou Xinshen” and Yangling cross-border logistics companies in the field of international cooperation.
