Cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and China is developing

The Embassy of Uzbekistan held a business forum in the Chinese city of Chengdu, Sichuan province, dedicated to the investment and tourism potential of our country, the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.

The forum was attended by representatives of investment and tourism companies, business circles and the media of the province.

During the event, detailed information was provided on the wide opportunities created for entrepreneurial and investment activities in Uzbekistan, reforms to create economic freedom and legal support for entrepreneurship, the tourism potential of our republic and prospects for cooperation with China in the field of tourism.

Also, presentations and videos about our ancient cities, beautiful places, unique culture, customs and traditions were presented to the attention of the forum participants.

Representatives of Chinese companies such as CC7, Sichuan Mingyu Group and Sichuan Huayi Tea Industry, successfully operating in Uzbekistan, spoke at the event, who told the participants about their activities in our country. They emphasized the favorable conditions created today in Uzbekistan for foreign investors, great business opportunities, and highly appreciated the tourism potential of our country. They also invited Chinese companies to do business in Uzbekistan.

Within the framework of the forum, negotiations were also held in the G2B format with representatives of large companies in Sichuan Province. At the meeting, investors were given detailed information about the wide opportunities created in Uzbekistan and the attractive investment environment.

In turn, the heads of these companies, emphasizing that favorable conditions have been created for investors in our country, reported that they are starting to implement investment projects in Uzbekistan, especially since it was a great joy for them that a direct flight on the Chengdu-Tashkent route was launched since March of this year.
