A simplified customs corridor will be established with Turkic countries

The Decree of the President “On the Approval of the International Treaty” (PP-194 dated June 19, 2023) was adopted, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.

In accordance with the decision, the Agreement between the governments of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States on the establishment of a simplified customs corridor was approved.

This agreement was signed on November 11, 2022 in Samarkand.

The Customs Committee has been designated as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.

Ensuring control over the implementation of the provisions of this international treaty after its entry into force is entrusted to the Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments.
