A ceremony was held to sign a number of investment agreements for the implementation of major investment projects

On December 27 of this year, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov took part in the signing ceremony of a number of investment agreements on the implementation of large investment projects in the energy sector, the PR center of the MIIT reports.

In particular, the following were signed:

Investment agreements between the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Masdar (UAE) on the construction of a 2000 MW wind power plant and 1150 MW energy storage facilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Agreement on the use of energy storage systems between JSC National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan and Gezhouba Group (PRC).

Investment agreement on the use of energy storage systems in 4 regions of Uzbekistan between the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade and the Gezhouba Group (PRC).
