A meeting was held between the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Deputy Director of the Eastern Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland

On October 9 of this year, a meeting was convened between the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Mr. Dilshod Rasulov, and the Deputy Director of the Eastern Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Marek Tsalka, the press service of the CCI reports.

The Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Uzbekistan, Mr. Marcin Wakar, was also in attendance.

The meeting provided an opportunity for the parties to deliberate on the current state of bilateral trade, economic, and investment cooperation, and to identify potential avenues for further collaboration in key sectors of the economy. Special attention was devoted to the sectors of agriculture, oil and gas, energy, and logistics.

Moreover, the Uzbek side presented the investment potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with the wide array of favorable conditions and opportunities extended to foreign investors. The Polish delegation expressed high regard for the conducive business environment that has been rapidly established in Uzbekistan.

As an outcome of the discussions, both parties reaffirmed their mutual commitment to advancing cooperation and agreed to work collaboratively on the priority issues set forth during the meeting, in alignment with the agenda of bilateral relations.
