Uzbekistan and Türk Telekom Strengthen Cooperation to a New Level

On December 2, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akram Aliyev held a meeting with Ebubekir Shahin, Chief Executive Officer of the Turkish telecommunications company Türk Telekom, the press service of the Ministry reports.

During the meeting, it was noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye has reached a qualitatively new level in recent years, with steady expansion in economic, investment, and technological ties.

Particular focus was placed on opportunities for implementing joint investment projects, enhancing the competitiveness of the telecommunications market, and introducing advanced technologies.

Following the discussions, the parties agreed to continue close engagement aimed at advancing practical initiatives and strengthening technological partnership.
