The employees of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade participated in the regular meeting of the Korea Business Council

On September 24 this year, employees of the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan participated in the regular meeting of the Korea Business Council, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry reports.

The event was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, the leadership of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), as well as representatives of leading Korean companies, including YK Law Firm, BNK Capital, East Telecom, Kyungdong Navien, Shinhan Bank, BoMI E&C, LG Electronics, Korea Gas Corporation, Lotte Chemical, Daejong and Dasan DMC.

The meeting highlighted the key outcomes of the high-level visit to the Republic of Korea in September this year, emphasizing the importance of timely implementation of the agreements reached during the visit.

Ministry representatives provided information on ongoing work with Korean companies implementing projects in Uzbekistan, as well as project implementation mechanisms and targeted engagement with inquiries.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views and coordinate on key areas of cooperation. The decisions adopted following the meeting are aimed at further intensifying joint efforts.
