Electric scooters will be produced in partnership with the People’s Republic of China

Modern realities are such that within the framework of expanding bilateral economic relations with the People’s Republic of China, our country continues to implement new joint projects, the press service of the Tashkent region khokimiyat reports.

In the Yangiyul district of the capital region, it is planned to implement another project together with the Chinese side: the Joint Venture ‘‘ECOMOTO’’ will produce scooters.

Khokim of the Yangiyul district O. Ataullaev held a meeting with investors, the result of the negotiations was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the enterprise ‘‘ECOMOTO’’.

According to this project, it is planned to make direct foreign investments in the amount of 10 million US dollars and create 50 new permanent jobs.

With the implementation of this project, starting from the second quarter of 2025, modern and competitive electric scooters will be produced in the Yangiyul district.
