Uzbekistan and China expand ranks of participants in interregional cooperation

A meeting with the founder and chairman of the ‘‘NOVA International Belt and Road Platform’’ Association Yu Ting was held at the Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Guangzhou, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.

At the meeting, it was noted that business forums, seminars and visits of delegations from the regions of Uzbekistan, held in 2023 and organized throughout the current year, increased the interest of many Chinese companies from the southern provinces in Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to organize a business forum in the coming days with the participation of Chinese companies on the topic of ‘‘Business with Uzbekistan’’ in order to further expand mutual cooperation and establish cooperation ties between enterprises of the two countries. The parties also agreed to organize visits by Chinese businessmen to the regions of our country to develop joint investment projects.
