Radisson will open its first premium hotel in Central Asia in 2026

The Radisson Hotel Group plans to open the first premium hotel in Central Asia, Spot reports.

“Radisson” has signed an agreement with “Metropol Group” LLC to open a premium class hotel in Tashkent under the “Radisson Collection” brand. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for 2026.

The complex will consist of four buildings made in the same architectural style. The total area of the premises will be 130 thousand square meters. It will house public spaces, shopping areas, a cinema, offices, apartments and multi-level parking.

The hotel itself will be located in a central 22-storey building, in which 164 rooms will be available for guests, including presidential suites and apartments.

In addition, the hotel will have a restaurant, a lobby bar, an executive lounge with a VIP lounge, a spa with pools, underground parking, a sky bar with a terrace on the 19th floor, as well as conference rooms and meeting rooms.

It is planned that the hotel will be located on the capital’s Sayilgokh Street, on the site of the former building of the State Security Service. The Metropol Group bought the facility for 210 billion soums in June 2021.
