Chinese investors are planning to create an indoor ice complex for $12 million in the Andijan region, Spot reports citing the press service of the regional khokimiyat.
On October 12, the khokim of the Andijan region, Shukhratbek Abdurakhmanov, discussed with investors from China a project for the construction of a tourist facility in the region, as well as the export of processed fruits.
In particular, the cost of construction of the indoor ice complex is estimated at $12 million, and its area will be 4 hectares.
On the territory of the tourist site there will be a parking lot for 500 cars, sports grounds, a cinema, a restaurant and other service events. In addition, the ice resort will operate 24 hours a day throughout the year.
After the meeting, representatives of the khokimiyat and Chinese investors inspected potential sites for the project in Khanabad.
