Specifically, two wind power plants with a combined capacity of 300 megawatts and a 100-megawatt electricity storage system were commissioned in the Karauzak district.
Among the newly launched facilities is the Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Nukus, built in cooperation with the United Arab Emirates. This 100-bed facility, costing $27 million, is equipped with modern medical technology and has created 80 jobs. The Karakalpakstan Scientific and Practical Medical Academy will also contribute to improving the quality of medical services in the region and developing the professional skills of specialists.
As part of the development of digital infrastructure in the Takhiatash district, the first phase of a modular smart computing center—a $150 million project by the company “Linkwise”—has been launched.

At the ceremony, foreign partners presented information regarding project implementation and launch timelines. Regional governors presented projects aimed at creating new jobs and increasing the incomes of low-income families in their respective districts.
The Head of State called upon representatives of the older generation, the scientific community, and the general public to exercise public oversight over the implementation of each project. It was noted that this approach would foster family well-being, secure the future of the youth, and establish a solid economic foundation for the Aral Sea region.
The Head of State expressed gratitude to the foreign partners and entrepreneurs participating in the implementation of these projects.
Following the symbolic pressing of a button, new facilities were launched and construction work commenced. A candid dialogue took place with investors and regional officials.
