On July 30, in Tashkent, under the leadership of the Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Tanzila Narbaeva, a meeting of the organizing committee for the second Uzbek-Belarusian women’s business forum was held, which was attended by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dilshod Rasulov, the press service of the CCI reports.
During the meeting, preparations for the second Uzbek-Belarusian women’s business forum, organizing the forum at a high level, obtaining new cooperation agreements, as well as informing the general public about the measures developed and the tasks set were discussed. The forum is scheduled for August 26-27 this year.
It should be noted that the main goal of this business forum is to strengthen business and economic ties between businesswomen of Uzbekistan and Belarus, search for new opportunities for cooperation and expand existing ones, exchange experiences, promote sustainable development of the economies of the two countries, and involve women in increasing trade turnover.
Within the framework of the second business forum, it is planned to organize meetings in seven sections: services, electrical industry, chemical industry, light industry, agriculture and food industry, mechanical engineering and electric power industry, ‘‘green’’ energy.
In the venues of the sectional meetings and the exhibition, meetings in the ‘‘B2B’’ and ‘‘G2B’’ formats are planned, as well as agreements on the conclusion of commercial contracts, agreements and memorandums on cooperation between businesswomen and government agencies of the two countries.
