ON APPROVAL TO REGULATE THE SYSTEM OF REALIZATION ON A COMMISSION-CONTRACTUAL BASIS OF PROPERTY SEIZED UNDER ENFORCEMENT DOCUMENTS RESOLUTION CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN DD JANUARY 20, 2024 г. RCM №. 39

To introduce an electronic system of remote control of processes within the framework of compulsory execution of court documents and documents of other bodies for the sale of property on the basis of an intermediary contract, which is carried out only by trade organizations from the moment of receipt of property until its sale;

To accept as information that within the framework of compulsory execution of court documents and documents of other bodies, priority should be given to trade organizations, which, when selecting trade stores for the sale of property on the basis of contractual mediation, will carry out through online stores.

a) By March 1, 2024.

To develop an electronic system to control the movement of property registered and offered for sale under enforcement documents and create opportunities for integration with trade organizations, as well as bring to the attention of trade organizations the requirements for the sale of property on the basis of enforcement documents;

To take steps to create and launch a registry;

To take measures to create and launch the Registry;

b) By April 1, 2024, ensure integration of the information systems of the below listed state bodies into the Register:

Ministry of Justice is an automated system of state registration and registration of business entities;

Ministry of Digital Technologies is the National Registry of e-commerce participants;

Cadastral Agency – Integrated Information System of Cadastre and Registration;

Tax Committee is a necessary database aimed at verifying the absence of tax debts of trade organizations, as well as the compliance of trade organizations with trade rules;

Department of Public Safety of the Traffic Safety Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – database of motor vehicles available in commercial organizations.

The registry is maintained electronically in real time;

Legal entities that have implemented an electronic system of remote control of processes from property receipt to realization are included in the register on a voluntary and free of charge basis;

Legal entities included in the national register of electronic commerce participants are entered directly into the Register without additional conditions.
