Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan met with the Deputy President of the Senate of Malaysia

On June 7, 2024, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Deputy President of the Dewan Negara (Senate) of Malaysia Nur Jazlan Mohamed, the press service of the Ministry reports.

The parties noted that relations between Uzbekistan and Malaysia have always shown positive trends, including inter-parliamentary ties.

They also underscored much bigger potential to be fulfilled, especially in promoting economic diplomacy.  Acute topics of regional and global agenda were also discussed.
