During a working visit to Bukhara Region, Saidkahhor Kholkhodjaev, First Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, reviewed enterprise operations and progress on investment projects.

The main focus was on expanding production capacity, increasing output, strengthening export potential and entering new international markets.

In particular, he reviewed projects by Tibtexnika noanix to manufacture medical products (700,000 units per year) and Tekhnochem to produce an octane-boosting additive and bitumen (100,000 tonnes per year), as well as the construction of cultural and service facilities and an exhibition hall at the “Bukhoro” tourism centre.

Meetings with enterprise managers focused on expanding existing production facilities, new investment initiatives and resolving organisational and infrastructure issues.

Following the visit, specific tasks, responsible parties and deadlines were established. Implementation of the planned measures will be monitored.
