An industrial technopark of South Korean manufacturers will be created in Fergana

Khokim of the Ferghana region Khairullo Bozorov received a group of 15 Korean businessmen who plan to implement their investment project in the region, the correspondent of “Dunyo” news agency reports.

As the result of negotiations with South Korean entrepreneurs in Seoul during the visit of a delegation of officials and entrepreneurs of the Fergana region, headed by the khokim of the region, to the Republic of Korea on March 27-30 this year, cooperation agreements were signed on the creation of an “Industrial Technopark of Korean Manufacturers” on the territory of a small industrial zone the Ecocity complex in the city of Fergana and the placement of manufacturing enterprises of Incense Korea, Herbtherapy, Juno cosmetics, Samhee (cosmetics), Techon System, Korea Electric Lighting (autonomous lamps), Yeowoon (jewelry), Daeha Solutech (cable production), Juil (fire protection equipment) and others.

The heads of these companies and a number of other investors took part in the meeting held in Fergana.

South Korean businessmen noted that during the day they received enough information about the potential of the region and stated that they were ready to start practical work on the implementation of their projects.

They announced that they would begin to implement the agreements reached at the talks in Seoul on the establishment of an “Industrial Technopark of Korean Manufacturers” on the territory of the corresponding small industrial zone of the Ecocity complex in the city of Fergana.
