As part of the German Investment Navigator platform negotiations were held regarding the current status of investment projects between Uzbekistan and Germany

As part of the German Investment Navigator platform – a system designed for the monitoring and consistent analysis of joint initiative implementation stages – negotiations were held regarding the current status of investment projects between Uzbekistan and Germany, the press service of the MIIT reports.

The event was attended by Akram Aliev, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade, and Michael Harms, Executive Director of the German Eastern Business Association.

The parties conducted a detailed review of approximately 40 major projects. Utilizing the platform’s mechanisms, the current status and emerging challenges were examined, with particular emphasis placed on schedule compliance and process acceleration.

The meeting served as a vital preparatory step for the upcoming session of the Uzbek-German Business Council and the strengthening of direct dialogue between the respective business communities. Partners reaffirmed their commitment to expanding cooperation and launching new joint initiatives.
