A global investment forum in the tourism industry will be held in Samarkand

The global investment forum of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) will be held in Samarkand, Spot reports with reference to the Committee on Tourism.

The event will be held as part of the 25th session of the UNWTO General Assembly, which will be held in the city from 16 to 20 October. The meeting will be attended by representatives of leading players in the tourism services market, government organizations and academic circles.

The investment forum will provide a platform for more than 1,200 representatives of the tourism industry. Among them are potential investors, founders and team members of innovative startups.

According to the session program, the forum will be held on October 17. Based on its results, it is planned to sign a number of memorandums, agreements and contracts, including those regarding investment projects.
