Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade visited the Urgut and Taylak districts of the Samarkand region to review the implementation of ongoing investment projects and address issues raised by the business community

Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akram Aliyev visited the Urgut and Taylak districts of the Samarkand region to review the implementation of ongoing investment projects and address issues raised by the business community, the press service of the Ministry reports.

In the Urgut district, the Deputy Minister reviewed the Buyuk Kompleks City project for the establishment of a logistics and free trade center. Project officials presented information on the progress of construction works, the infrastructure being developed, and the next stages of the project’s implementation.

The Deputy Minister then participated in the regular meeting of the Public Advisory Council of Entrepreneurs in the Taylak district. During the meeting, participants discussed key issues affecting the business community, challenges arising in the implementation of investment projects, and mechanisms for addressing them.

The proposals and concerns raised by entrepreneurs during the meeting were recorded for further consideration by the relevant authorities to ensure their prompt resolution.
